Jeff Bruning texted me these photos of the new Single Speed Brewery Taproom here in DSM. He thought it was just the kind of place I’d like. And he’s right. (You’ll see what I mean in my comments as you scroll.)

It opens to the public Wednesday, July 12, at 4 p.m. at 303 Scott Ave. in Des Moines.

I’ve been to the taproom in a lovely historic building in downtown Cedar Falls. (Single Speed originated in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, and it’s so nice to see this brewery come to our town!)
