Just as I left the bright glaring sunshine outside the front door and walked into the warmly lit room that immediately calms all the stress of the day and provides a little escape from reality, I hear, “Where ya been??? We were worried. It’s been forevuh!”

And then, from another server, “It’s so good to see you. We’ve missed you. Bloody Mary and a beer back?”

How can you not love a place like this? And I do love Francie’s.

It’s has been on my greatest hits list since my first visit many years ago. Actually, more like many, many years ago.

I know, I know, I know what you’re thinking. Another favorable Francie’s review? Yes. Absolutely yes!
