How to Access My Live Videos
It's easy ... really, it is!
[Note: If you haven’t had any trouble accessing live videos, keep doing what you’re doing; that is, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!]
Some of you have told me you’ve had issues getting onto my Live Videos, especially from your laptop. Here’s what you need to know:
—The best, most fool-proof way to watch a live video is on a mobile device via the Substack app, so be sure you’ve downloaded it. (Here’s how).
—Make sure you’re a subscriber to my Substack (otherwise, you can’t be notified.)
—Important: Be sure to turn on notifications to notify you when anyone you subscribe to goes live. To do this, you need to go to your settings. Once there, scroll down to “Live Videos” and toggle this switch on:
—When I go live, you’ll get a push notification and/or an email. Follow whatever links are given to take part!
That should do it!
