Mike Holman Named Executive Chef at Mulberry Street Tavern

Last week, I reviewed the Mulberry Street Tavern and found much to enjoy. I predict things will only get better, as this week, they’ve brought on Mike Holman as the Executive Chef.

A graduate of the Iowa Culinary Institute at DMACC, Holman worked for a long stretch at The Café in Ames, as well as for Americana and Tartine. More recently, he’s been at the helm of the Trailside Tap in Ankeny.
